The article presents the parameters used to evaluate the efficiency of the crusher, productivity and specific work for grinding grain. Methodology for conducting experimental studies. The dependence of the performance of the crusher’s working chamber on the gap for wheat at various speeds is given, and the dependence of the specific work on grinding wheat grain on the size of the gap of the working chamber at various speeds is given. The optimal value of the gap is given, at which a quality product for agriculture is obtained.
