Abstract Research into double (binary) open star cluster (OScs) is a long-term project (Muninov, 1983; Bashotva and Latypov, 1989; Latypov et al., 1997) carried out at the Ulugh Beg Astronomical Institute of the uxbek Academy of Science. At present it is a complex programme partly based on the study of the plates obtained using the Kitab Double Zeiss Astrograph (F = 3000mm, D = 400mm) with the epoch differnce over 20 years. The large field of the astrograph (6° × 6°)) makes it possible to syudy a number of OSCs on the with centre α = Oh29m, δ =62°. We also put emphasis on some uniqe double and multiple OSCs.
