Annotatsiya

Abstract Highly ordered porous alumina (Al 2 O 3 ) structures with pore diameter of 60 nm were fabricated by two‐step anodization process. CdS‐nanoparticles were grown into porous alumina template kept on Al‐substrate by using SILAR (successive ion layer adsorption and reaction) technique. The temperature dependences (10–300 K) of thermal conductivity of CdS/Al 2 O 3 nanocomposites have been measured by pulsed method of periodical heating (3 ω ) which is one of the most sensitive tools for nanostructure investigation. It was shown that temperature dependences of thermal conductivity of CdS/Al 2 O 3 nanocomposites are determined by infill degree of alumina pores. (© 2007 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co.
