The impact of foreign direct investment on economic growth

AbstractThis article analyzes the impact of foreign direct investment on economic growth on the example of the Uzbekistan's economy. The main object of research is the current state of the Uzbekistan's economy and the volume of investment in it. The article theoretically describes foreign direct investment, their types and impact on GDP. Conclusions are formed on the basis of the analysis and the studied international literature. one of the developing countries, also has an active investment policy. The country is creating a favorable investment climate for investors. This is an additional opportunity for investors who want to invest in the country. As a result, the volume of foreign investment in the country's economy, especially foreign direct investment, is growing, based on the analysis of statistical data.
