Electronic information and education environment as instrument of forming and quality evaluation of professional competences of the international industrial enterprises specialists

The article describes methods for the synthesis of electronic educational environment developed with the use of distance learning technologies. Electronic environment accumulates knowledge in the field of knowledge-based control processes high-tech industries based on the models of non-formalized knowledge representation, language educational and methodological materials, computer simulators, virtual laboratories and simulation systems. Results of work consist in a possibility of quantitative and quality standard of acquired bilingual professional competences on the basis of use of various models of control of knowledge, complex tasks, implementation of scenarios and the analysis of protocols of training that allows to increase safety and efficiency of productions due to increase in professional level of specialists and liquidation of qualification deficits of industrial enterprises.
