Food security in Uzbekistan: Problems and solutions

The article discusses the problems and solutions to food security, since today in our country there are about 10 thousand food industry enterprises, whose share in the country's GDP is more than 16% (%). By safe food, we generally mean high quality, organic, genetically modified (GMO) foods that do not contain harmful elements associated with food, such as pesticides.
