Annotatsiya

Neutron spectra from $^{90}\mathrm{Zr}(p, n)^{90}\mathrm{Nb}$ at ${E}_{p}=120$ MeV are measured in the angular range 0\ifmmode^\circ\else\textdegree\fi{}-25\ifmmode^\circ\else\textdegree\fi{}. Three giant resonances are seen and are interpreted as the $T=4$ and $T=5$ components of the Gamow-Teller strength and an $E1$ resonance. Gamow-Teller matrix elements are extracted, and a large part of the expected strength is found.
