Equilibrium and highly nonequilibrium states of condensed matter (Scientific session of the Physical Sciences Division of the Russian Academy of Sciences, 21 April 2008)

On 21 April 2008, a scientific session of the Physical Sciences Division of the Russian Academy of Sciences was held at the conference room of the Lebedev Physical Institute, RAS.
