An analytic expression making it possible to calculate the relationship between the heat efficiency of the “translucent cover—radiation absorbing heat-exchange panel” system of flat solar collectors and the coefficient of solar radiation attenuation of their translucent cover material (β) is presented. An example of its practical realization is also given.
