We report measurements of oscillation parameters from ${\ensuremath{\nu}}_{\ensuremath{\mu}}$ and ${\overline{\ensuremath{\nu}}}_{\ensuremath{\mu}}$ disappearance using beam and atmospheric data from MINOS. The data comprise exposures of $10.71\ifmmode\times\else\texttimes\fi{}{10}^{20}$ protons on target in the ${\ensuremath{\nu}}_{\ensuremath{\mu}}$-dominated beam, $3.36\ifmmode\times\else\texttimes\fi{}{10}^{20}$ protons on target in the ${\overline{\ensuremath{\nu}}}_{\ensuremath{\mu}}$-enhanced beam, and 37.88 kton yr of atmospheric neutrinos. Assuming identical $\ensuremath{\nu}$ and $\overline{\ensuremath{\nu}}$ oscillation parameters, we measure $|\ensuremath{\Delta}{m}^{2}|=({2.41}_{\ensuremath{-}0.10}^{+0.09})\ifmmode\times\else\texttimes\fi{}{10}^{\ensuremath{-}3}\text{ }\text{ }{\mathrm{eV}}^{2}$ and ${sin}^{2}(2\ensuremath{\theta})={0.950}_{\ensuremath{-}0.036}^{+0.035}$. Allowing independent $\ensuremath{\nu}$ and $\overline{\ensuremath{\nu}}$ oscillations, we measure antineutrino parameters of $|\ensuremath{\Delta}{\overline{m}}^{2}|=({2.50}_{\ensuremath{-}0.25}^{+0.23})\ifmmode\times\else\texttimes\fi{}{10}^{\ensuremath{-}3}\text{ }\text{ }{\mathrm{eV}}^{2}$ and ${sin}^{2}(2\overline{\ensuremath{\theta}})={0.97}_{\ensuremath{-}0.08}^{+0.03}$, with minimal change to the neutrino parameters.
