Annotatsiya

Abstract Proceeding from the concepts of localization processes in anharmonic lattices with impurity quasi‐local excitations (resonance localized scattering centers) universal anomalies in the temperature dependences of the reciprocal length of ultrasound attenuation in amorphous systems are described within the temperature range where a plateau in thermal conductivity is observable. A probability of the manifestation of the localization process in quantum crystals is also discussed.
