Abstract The cyclotron resonance of electrons in semimetallic BiSb alloys is investigated within a range of 0 to 4 at % antimony at 35 GHz in three crystallographic planes. A nonlinear dependence of the cyclotron masses on the antimony concentration ( x at %) is found. The analysis of spectra indicates limiting‐point resonances being associated with the cyclotron wave propagation.
