The paper considers ergonomic problems of IT-resource management centers. The authors propose the human-system approach to the reliability and ergonomics ensuring. The authors develop technology for optimizing performance of IT resource management centers. The technology is based on the functional networks concepts (Prof. Gubinsky A.I. scientific school) and event modeling. The method is intended for use in the operation processes of IT resource management centers.
