CHOLAGOGUE ACTIVITY OF RUTAN IN A MODEL OF ACUTE TOXIC HEPATITIS INDUCED BY HELIOTHRIN

<em>As a result of the experiment, a high hepatoprotective and choleretic activity of rutan polyphenol, isolated from the tanning plant Rhus coriaria L., was established in heliothrine hepatitis. Rutan can be recommended in practical medicine as a means of pathogenetic therapy of hepatitis of various etiologies, as well as in infectious-toxic pathology of the hepatopancreatobiliary system.</em>
