A Framework of Intelligent Manufacturing Process by Integrating Various Function
Annotatsiya
Plans provided by enterprise systems like enterprise resource planning (ERP) are implemented on the shop floor by the manufacturing execution system (MES). Companies in the modern day need to quickly adapt to changes in consumer demand and the state of the shop floor to meet the challenge posed by the customer-centric market environment and fierce competition. Current MESs do better at gathering raw data than in the past. Still, they need to improve when evaluating data and taking action by coordinating different aspects of production management. Not many studies have focused on how the different MES features can work together, even if many have focused on data gathering and analysis based on shop floor situations. In this study, we present the architecture of a more sophisticated MES (called Smart MES) that can gather, analyze, and measure data via the coordinated efforts of its many parts. There are two sections to this work. The initial presentation covers current MES issue analysis and design considerations. In the second section, we offer a design for Smart MES's architecture based on design considerations, and we provide a scenario in which the TO-BE model is put into practice so that it may be compared to the AS-IS model.
