This article provides a scientific and theoretical analysis of the interrelationship between the concepts of foreign policy and regional cooperation. It examines regional cooperation among states as an important direction of foreign policy and highlights its role in ensuring stability, security, and economic development. The study also analyzes the open and constructive foreign policy pursued by the Republic of Uzbekistan in the Central Asian region, its principles of good-neighborliness, and its participation in regional integration processes. The political and legal foundations of regional cooperation are explored, and its significance within the system of international relations is substantiated.
