Annotatsiya
This scientific study analyzed 175 individuals, including 155 patients diagnosed with Parkinson's disease and 20 healthy controls, focusing on clinical subtypes (tremor-dominant, akinetic-rigid, and mixed forms). The research evaluated immunological (IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α, IL-10), psychological (HADS, MMSE, VFT), and neurovisual (MRI) parameters. Results demonstrated significant differences in cytokine levels and cognitive-emotional status across subtypes. The findings underline the importance of a multidisciplinary approach to the diagnosis, classification, and personalized management of Parkinson’s disease.
