Annotatsiya

High-speedsteelcuttingtoolsarestillwidelyusedinmachiningoperationsinvolvingcomplexgeometriesandhighdynamicloads.However,theirapplicationislimitedbyintensivewearandplasticdeformationatelevatedtemperatures.Thisstudyinvestigatesacomplexion–plasmasurfacemodificationapproachcombiningionnitriding,ionalloying,andmultilayernitride-basedcoatingstoimprovethewearresistanceandoperationalstabilityofhigh-speedsteeltools.Ionnitridingwasappliedtoformahardeneddiffusionlayer,followedbyionalloyingusingNb–Hfsystemsandthedepositionofa(TiAl)N-basedcoating.Cuttingtestsperformedduringmachiningofachromium–nickelalloydemonstratedasignificantreductionincuttingforcesanda3–4-foldincreaseintoollifecomparedtoconventionallycoatedtools
