This article investigates the methodology for adapting physical education lessons for students with disabilities in general secondary schools. The study was conducted during the 2024–2025 academic year in 3 schools in Tashkent city with the participation of 86 students (of whom 28 had disabilities). An inclusive methodology encompassing an adapted lesson plan, a peer buddy system, and a set of corrective exercises was developed and experimentally tested. The results showed that the proposed methodology statistically significantly improves the motor skills, social integration, and lesson satisfaction levels of students with disabilities.
