This study examines the improvement of teaching methods for active games in physical education lessons based on an interdisciplinary approach in primary school. The research aims to determine the pedagogical effectiveness of integrating knowledge from different academic subjects into physical education through active games. The study employed theoretical analysis, pedagogical observation, experimental design, and comparative statistical analysis. The experimental work was carried out in primary school classes, where interdisciplinary integration was systematically implemented in physical education lessons. The findings demonstrate that interdisciplinary teaching significantly improves students’ motor activity, cognitive engagement, learning motivation, and social interaction skills. The results confirm that integrating subject knowledge into physical education lessons enhances the overall educational effect and creates favorable conditions for holistic child development.
