This scientific article analyzes the issues of effective use and protection of cultural heritage objects in Uzbekistan within the framework of the Development Strategy. The “Development Strategy of New Uzbekistan” for the development of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2022-2026 is literally shown as an integral continuation of previous reforms, and the goals set for cultural heritage objects, along with all areas within its scope, are discussed. The theoretical and practical aspects of the implemented legislative framework in this regard are also presented. The establishment of international cooperation in their protection and use is shown as the result of the work being carried out in this direction.
