This article analyzes the opportunities for developing future teachers' personal qualities through the integration of foreign and national education systems. The modern educational paradigm requires teachers not only to possess subject knowledge but also high levels of empathy, adaptability, critical thinking, intercultural competence, and reflective practice. The article proposes a conceptual model of personal growth based on the synthesis of Eastern and Western pedagogical traditions. Specifically, it argues that harmonizing the experiences of Finland, Singapore, and South Korea with local pedagogical heritage effectively fosters authentic leadership, stress tolerance, and social responsibility in future teachers. The article concludes with practical recommendations for integrating these approaches into teacher education curricula.
