The article examines the issue of improving athletes’ training efficiency in national wrestling through the use of information and communication technologies. The application of video analysis, digital monitoring, and e-learning tools contributed to the improvement of technical-tactical, physical, and psychological performance indicators. The results of the study showed that training organized based on information and communication technologies is more effective compared to traditional methods.
