Analysis of the characteristics of cloud infrastructure based on traditional technologies and SDN technologies

The article presents traditional data transfer technologies, the reasons for the creation and implementation of SDN technology in cloud data centers. A comparative analysis of cloud data centers based on TCP/IP and SDN technology has been carried out. The disadvantage of SDN technology, in the form of a single point of failure, as well as ways to solve the fault tolerance of the SDN controller, are considered.
