The study reviews legal precedents and regulatory approaches in the United States, European Union, and the United Kingdom, emphasizing transformative use as a crucial criterion. It also evaluates the current copyright and personal data protection laws in Uzbekistan, highlighting gaps and proposing potential reforms to balance innovation with creators' rights.
