Annotatsiya

Infrared (IR) spectroscopy is a powerful analytical technique used for the identification and structural characterization of veterinary drug preparations and hydrogel-based biomaterials. In modern veterinary medicine, hydrogels are widely applied as biocompatible matrices for controlled drug delivery, wound healing, and tissue regeneration in animals. IR spectroscopic analysis enables the determination of functional groups and molecular interactions between active pharmaceutical compounds and polymer networks. The method allows confirmation of successful drug immobilization within hydrogel structures and evaluation of chemical stability during formulation processes. Characteristic absorption bands corresponding to O–H, N–H, C=O, and C–O functional groups provide important information about cross-linking reactions, hydrogen bonding, and polymer–drug interactions. Additionally, IR spectroscopy serves as an effective tool for quality control and monitoring biodegradation behavior of biomaterials used in veterinary applications. The obtained results demonstrate that IR spectroscopic identification significantly contributes to the development of safe, stable, and efficient veterinary pharmaceutical hydrogel systems
