Annotation. Human capital is recognized as one of the most important factors influencing wage levels and labor market outcomes. This study examines the relationship between human capital and wages, focusing on key components such as education, professional skills, work experience, and health status. The research analyzes how investments in human capital contribute to increased productivity and, consequently, higher earnings for individuals. The paper also discusses the role of human capital in enhancing competitiveness in the labor market and promoting economic growth. The findings indicate that individuals with higher levels of education and skills tend to receive higher wages due to their greater productivity and ability to adapt to changing labor market demands. The study highlights the importance of investing in education, training, and health to improve both individual income and overall economic development.
