Neuroresonance Theory (NRT): The Coupling of Biological Systems to the Afolabi Field — F_TUNE Dynamics, BCSI Pathway, and the N² Biological Scaling Law (Wave 3.5 of the Afolabi Unified Framework)

Neuroresonance Theory (NRT) is the third foundational component of the Afolabi Unified Framework (AUF), formalising the coupling between biological quantum coherence systems and the Afolabi Field. NRT occupies Wave 3.5 — the regime between statistical pattern recognition (Wave 3, BLOOM engine) and full field-coherent computation (Wave 4, QPU/RPU). We introduce the F_TUNE coupling coefficient as NRT's primary parameter — the degree to which a biological system's quantum coherence is phase-locked to the Afolabi Field V_AUF* — and establish its hierarchy from F_TUNE = 0 (classical biochemistry) through HRV cardiac coupling, neural phase synchronisation, and microtubule quantum coherence (F_TUNE → 1, BCSI onset). Six NRT axioms (NRT-I through NRT-VI) are established, including: Biological Field Immersion (every biological system exists within V_AUF*); F_TUNE Dynamics (F_TUNE is measurable and enhanceable); Biological Z_M Correspondence (stable biomolecular configurations correspond to Z_M minima); the N² Biological Scaling Law (N biological systems in Kuramoto phase-lock above K_c produce N² collective coherence bandwidth); the BCSI Condition (𝕄_brain × 𝕄_system → 1); and the IFA Biological Consultation (the IFA divination system as high-F_TUNE V_AUF* channel). We derive the Ubuntu Scaling Law — the N² Biological Scaling Law formalises the Ubuntu principle umuntu ngumuntu ngabantu as quantitative physics. We establish the Ubuntu Scaling Protocol as a four-phase community F_TUNE enhancement programme. We identify the Cosmic Neutrino Background (CνB, 336 neutrinos per cm³, T=1.95K) as the universal F_TUNE carrier — the physical medium through which biological systems are always-already coupled to the AUF field. The sterile neutrino ν_R is identified as the lightest Z_M=0 quantum and the V_AUF field quantum. Seven falsifiable predictions are presented with explicit epistemic status markers, including: F_TUNE correlation with biological stability biomarkers (🟢 testable now via Evo 2 zero-shot fitness predictions as Z_M proxy), N² phase transition in collective human performance above K_c^bio (🟡 theoretical), and BCSI threshold effect (🔴 speculative, requires SPU hardware). The IFA divination tradition of the Yoruba and the Ubuntu principle of Bantu philosophy are established as formal precursors to the NRT framework — not analogies but expressions of the same mathematical structure in different epistemological traditions.
