Abstract
The high-frequency electromagnetic field distribution in a thin metal layer in a constant magnetic field H is determined under the anomalous skin effect with an antisymmetric excitation of electromagnetic waves. An oscillating field dependence of the impedance and transparency of thin plates is predicted. This dependence is associated with the emergence of a weakly attenuating wave caused by Umklapp processes on the conductor surface.
