Abstract

Current and temperature dependences of the spectral density of excess noise in texturized polycrystalline films of YBa2Cu3O7−δ are studied. Investigations showed that the low-frequency excess noise, which exists over a wide temperature range, is not associated with the specific nature of the superconducting state but is presumably due to the presence of defects with an internal degree of freedom in intergranular boundaries.
