Abstract
The flow citometry is one of the most perspective methods for investigation of the biological cells, in particular, their optical characteristics such as light scattering and fluorescence. 1 For the excitation of fluorescence the nonpulsed lasers of various types are most-used that, naturally, limits the maximal value of excited irradiance and, moreover, does not permit the time-resolved investigation of fluorescence.
