Pharmacodynamic study of Chenfeishu Capsules
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To investigate the pharmacodynamics of Chenfeishu Capsule.METHODS The experiments used healthy rats and mouse to investigate the pharmacodynamics of Chenfeishu Capsule,which included treating lithicosis,stopping coughing,eliminating sputum,anti-asthma and sweepping away the charcoal remained in body.RESULTS Chenfeishu Capsule could inhibited the development of experimental silicosis;obviously improved the endothelial system,and improve the non-specific immune function,increase disease resistance;prolonged the incubation period of cough caused by strong aqua,can significantly reduce coughing frequency;trachea of the mice significantly increased excretion of phenol red;significantly prolong the incubation period of asthma.CONCLUSION The results showed that Chenfeishu capsule could invigorating lung and had antibechic and antiasthmatic actions.
