Extraction craft study of Xintong Drop

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To optimize the extracting procedure of Xintong Drop.METHODS The L_9 orthogonal test was used to study the affects of methanol concentration,methanol dosage,extraction time and extraction times to the extraction effect and content of effective materials.RESULTS The methanol concentration had more affect,next was extraction time,extraction time and methanol dosage.CONCLUSION The optimum extracting procedure was as follows: extracted with 85% methanol,20 folds amount,for two times,each for 2 hours.
