Study on Growth Characteristics and Cultivation of Blue Fescue

Abstract

The growth characteristics of Blue Fescue,a new variety of lawn grass were studied in this paper.Compared with other varieties,the contributing factors to its high resistance and the main effective factors to its growth were analyzed.The results indicated that the soil texture and fertility affected the roots growth obviously and then the possible problems in the course of cultivation and popularization were discussed.
