Research on Tissue Culture Technology of Russian Lonicera caerulea

Abstract

This research took the axillary buds of the Russian Lonicera caerulea as the explant and it showed that the best medium for the induction of axillary bud differentiation and proliferation was 1/2MS+NAA 0.1mg/L +6-BA 1.0 mg/L while the proliferation coefficient can reaches 7.4 times.The study also proved that the best rooting medium is WPM+NAA 0.5mg/L and the rooting rate can reached 100%.
