Soil Erosion and Nutrition Runoff in Eucalyptus Plantation in Guangxi

Abstract

Soil erosion and nutrient loss in Eucalyptus plantation were observed by establishment of standard ground surface runoff constructions(20 m×5 m).The results showed that: compared with bare land both of the soil erosion and nutrients in Eucalyptus plantation had increased by 18.86 %~146.15 % while the erosion decreased year by year after plantation with a little nutrient loss.However the nutrient loss is getting less significantly with the growth of the plantation,and the sequence is K﹥N﹥Zn﹥P﹥Cu﹥B.
