Abstract
The results of thermodesorption spectrometry development for hard-volatile physiologically active substances with registration of desorbed or evaporated molecules in air flow with a surface-ionization detector have been presented. The possibilities of thermodesorption surface-ionization spectrometry for quantitative and qualitative analysis of sub-trace amounts of narcotics, psychotropic and other abused medicinal preparations in biosamples and pesticides in food and environmental objects have been demonstrated.
