Influence Factors of Cymbidium Goeringii Rhizomes Multiplication

Abstract

Taking the transgenerational rhizome of Cymbidium goeringii as the materials,the effect of plant hormone combinations and dosage of activated carbon on C.goeringii rhizomes multiplication was studied.The results indicated that the combination of 1.0mg /L6-BA and 0.2mg /L NAA was beneficial to C.goeringii rhizomes multiplication,and adding 1.0 ~ 3.0g /L activated carbon could significantly promote the multiplication of C.goeringii rhizomes.
