Abstract

The sensitivity of digital holographic interferometry methods for a surface nanodisplacement measurement is represented. The effect of hardware digitalization parameters on the sensitivity of digital holographic measurements is considered. The investigation of surface-acoustic waves was carried out by digital holographic interferometry technique in order to reconstruct and estimate the amplitude of those waves. The experiment represented that the amplitude of surfaceacoustic waves were about 10 nanometers.
