Abstract
In higher education system in preparation of specialist special role is played by development of base abilities to understand other person, to acceptance of universal values, readiness for dialogue, and interaction of different cultures. Tolerance is as ability of person, community, state to respect opinion of another gives the chance without enmity to meet distinct from own opinions and positions.
