Abstract
In this article, solvable Leibniz algebras, whose nilradical is quasi-filiform Lie algebra of maximum length, are classified. The rigidity of such Leibniz algebras with two-dimensional complemented space to the nilradical is proved.Communicated by K. C. Misra
