Abstract
The article presents proposals for the creation of a modern model of an information system and an algorithm for monitoring the targeted use of owners’ funds concentrated for the repair of apartment buildings. Thanks to the information system model provided to apartment owners, the costs and debts for their apartment buildings are promptly reported.
