Abstract

Promising nanotechnology, Quantum-dot Cellular Automata (QCA), is a possible platform for implementing future chip production. This paper presents systematic reviews about the QCA-based memories and during review we also propose a new QCAdesign of CAM cell with low complexity. Structural analysis using the QCADesigner simulation tool is carried out to evaluate the proposed designs.
