Abstract
The structure of primary dorsalgia was studied in 101 emergency military personnel. The patients had pain in the lumbar region. The complex treatment of dorsalgia, which included non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), muscle relaxants in combination with diadynamic neurostimulation, massage, therapeutic exercises and an educational program ("school" for patients with back pain), revealed its effectiveness in emergency military personnel.
