Abstract

In the review brought to the attention of readers, the results of experimental studies of magneto-optical effects in noble metals are presented. These studies, carried out by both Italian and United States scientists, made it possible to establish a direct relationship between galvanomagnetic and magneto-optical phenomena in the noble metals.
