Abstract

<em>This article supports the aspirations of young women for education, given that the development of society in today's era of globalization is directly related to the participation of young women with high scientific potential, the importance of the role of young women in science, strengthening the mechanism for the protection and implementation of their rights in this area, as well as the challenges facing the education of young women around the world. The author also cites a number of international declarations and conventions on women's rights adopted by the United Nations.</em>
