Abstract
“Bojxona ishi” darsligida bojxona tizimi, bojxona organlari, bojxona to‘lovlari, tarif va notarif tartibga solish, bojxona hududi va bojxona chegarasi kabi tushunchalar mohiyati ochib berilgan. Bojxona qonunchiligi, bojxona ishi tizimining huquqiy asoslarini o‘rganish talabalarga davlat bojxona siyosatining mohiyati va mazmuni, uning asosiy maqsad va vazifalarini tushunish imkonini beradi, bu esa raqobatbardosh kadrlar tayyorlashda muhim ahamiyatga ega. Darslik fanning tashkiliy-metodik bo‘limi, video-taqdimot materiallari, davlat bojxona organlari faoliyatining huquqiy asoslari, yo‘nalishning o‘quv rejasiga muvofiq o‘quv-uslubiy ish turlari va nazorat shakllari, fan bo‘yicha boshqa o‘quv-uslubiy materiallarni o‘z ichiga oladi. Darslik oliy ta’limning 5230100 “Iqtisodiyot” yo‘nalishi bo‘yicha tahsil olayotgan talabalar, o‘qituvchilar, bojxona rasmiylashtiruvi bo‘yicha mutaxassislar, bojxona brokerlari, tadbirkorlar, shuningdek, tashqi iqtisodiy faoliyat bilan shug‘ullanuvchi barcha xo‘jalik yurituvchi subyektlar uchun mo‘ljallangan. (Uz) Учебник «Таможенное дело» раскрывает такие понятия как таможенная система, таможенные органы, таможенные платежи, тарифное и нетарифное регулирование, таможенная территория и таможенная граница. Изучение правовых основ системы таможенного законодательства, таможенного дела позволит студентам понять сущность и содержание государственной таможенной политики, её основные цели и задачи, что имеет важное значение при подготовке конкурентоспособных кадров. Учебник включает в себя организационно-методический раздел дисциплины, видео-презентационный материал, нормативно-правовую базу деятельности государственных таможенных органов, виды учебной работы и формы контроля в соответствии с учебным планом направления, другие учебно-методические материалы по предмету.
