Abstract

The issues of mathematical modeling of the modes of electric power systems in conditions of inhomogeneities such as time drift of the main indicators are considered. In conditions of incomplete knowledge of the mechanism of phenomena, mathematical modeling was carried out by experimental and statistical methods, namely: experiment planning was used.
