Abstract

The construction of a mathematical model of hydraulic structures is a complex process. The relevance of the development of mathematical modeling is that each hydraulic structure is unique in terms of the relief of the land where the hydraulic complex is located, the calculated load, and its design. The individual structure of the model using modern software systems is based on the experience of designing similar structures and optimizing them. There is such a large category of dynamic systems in hydraulic structures that the model of optimal control is applied to them in the modeling, containing delay links. We use the water balance equations of modeling the reservoir dynamics and the modeling method based on the dynamic volume curve when constructing the structural and mathematical model of the reservoir. Here the problem to be solved is explained by the fact that it is best suited to the problem of reservoir regime management.
