Abstract

Teachers, working with the future generation and putting certain knowledge into them, should understand how the planet will change in a few years. Their competitiveness directly depends on skills. Therefore, it is recommended to focus on those skills that will be in demand in the future. To make it convenient to introduce any of the innovations, it will be useful to use the 4K model (Creativity, Critical Thinking, Collaboration and Communication).
